Retained Search

In a retained search, we require a fee up front (retainer) to begin the search. This allows us to cover the upfront costs of our time sourcing and vetting candidates. While we value our contingent search clients, we do prioritize our retained searches due to the upfront financial commitment from the client.

Pros: Immediate prioritization of the search
Cons: Upfront cost to the client
